by Sung Tsze, about the year 1247. It was reprinted in the
15th century, since which time, it has corne infc) gênerai use in
the courts of justice as a guide to the duties of coroner, and
has been frequently repnblished. Within the last half centary,
it has passed through seven éditions, with considérable additions.
Apart from the imperfect state of médical science in the em-
pire, this forins an interesting record of the theoretical condition
