hodi et malibolence a ung aperat Bernat de Pica,
deu loc de Nabalhes. Et, per ung jorn, pot aber
sincq antz, o enbiron, lodit Bernat bene deu paiis de
Bordales enfora en companhie de Guoalhardet de
Pomees, deudit loc de Nabalhes lodit senhor de
Coarrase, sus la cami public, per vie' de feit, fe
prener et capsionar en lodit terrador de Nabalhes
audit Bernat de Pica, et, trossat et ligat ab cordes,
la mena au loc de Barinco et aqui la meto aus
grilhoos et l'y tenguo tot la jorn dequi a la noeyt
stant sus lo .som tart, le relacxa ab tale qualiffica-
tion que lodit Bernat prometo et conbenta que,
l'endejorn, bon maytin, se representare per dabaat
